I'm just wondering when we'll starting seeing some good cases for the HTC Blue Angel/XDA IIs/PDA2K.

Normally I'm used to those leather flip cases for my previous PPCs, and Krusell wrap cases for my cellphones. Clips on the belt, everything's great.

But I've come to think that the usual cases won't ever be a good fit for the Blue Angel due to possibly obscuring its functionalities (does anyone think this too?). As such I've concentrated on finding a minimal-size horizontal pouch case instead to carry on my belt. I'd want something that's just large enough for a snug (naked) Blue Angel fit, but hopefully with just enough room or extra compartment to also store the Bluespoon AX, perhaps an extra SD card or two.

I'm still waiting for Krusell's Horizontic PDA Small-size case to arrive, but does anyone else have suggestions?

I thought about the molded aluminum cases too (Proporta, Innopocket, etc)...

I've been carrying mine in the old Compaq iPAQ pouch case, and it's a perfect fit.
Since I have a screen protector on it, I'm tempted to just carry it in my pocket without a case, but I keep reminding myself of Jason Dunn's XDA horror story.

Anyone want to share their experiences of carrying their Pocket PC caseless in their pocket?

I've done it every day for a couple of years, actually. I always use a screen protector, and have never suffered any ill effects.

That said, YOUR MILAGE MAY VARY!!!
