AvantGo Channels - finding urls

Just wondering if anybody knows of a way to find out the URL of particular avantgo channels.

I am giving Sunnysoft World Off-line a trial as a possible AvantGo replacement but wondering how I can find the addresses for my usual collection of AvantGo channels.

Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is some sort of IP sniffer tool to capture packets sent out by your network card (while your PPC is cradled). You might be able to grab some URL's that way. (I used this method once when I was trying other offline readers on my PalmOS devices.) However, you might run into a case where the desktop client requests stuff from an AvantGo server rather than a direct connection to the true website.
