What 8O , no CF slots. How about 2 CF slots on one side and 3 SD slots on the other. Where do I place my pre-order.

Six! 8O Now, do I request that Vaja discount code for this, or wait and use it when I get my iRiver device?

Decisions, decisions...

Or just a case for CF cards since my case already has two SD card holders in it.

I agree about the CF cards.

I have a dual expansion device, and my SD card is pretty much permanent memory.

However, my CF cards are variable.

For some fairly nice memory card case options, head over to www.cyberguys.com and search for 'Aluminum Case'. The little ones that are ~$3.50 are about the size of a slim business card holder.

Covertec's Card Wallet (http://www.mobileplanet.com/private/covertec/listing.asp?unit=card) has space for three (oops, four) SD cards (or MS) and a larger bellows pocket which should hold two CF cards. PocketGoddess did a review of it here (http://www.pocketgoddess.com/reviews/other/20040407_1730_Covertec_In_AnyCase.htm).

Did I find that link here?

Yah, but their shipping to Canada (and I presume every other non-US country) sucks. That $3.50 case from CyberGuys, with shipping, costs about (where's the tilde in Fitaly?) $10 less than the Vaja with shipping.

I mentioned this some months ago in one of the forums, but this seems like an appropriate time to repeat it. The little plastic cases that hold Listerine PocketPaks (the melt-in-your-mouth strips of solidified Listerine) are almost exactly the correct size for one SD card. They easily split apart into two sections, then snap together again.

Thanks for the link Sven. Those look nice and thin. I might be feeling extravagant enough for the Vaja case, but I don't want anything that thick.

Sorry about that. Don't you have some friends in the states that might make getting some of your friends together for a bulk order make it worth working something out?

Not that I think these are the ultimate in cases, but for those of us here they are pretty nice and cheap. I usually pick stuff like this up from cyberguys when I am ordering something bigger anyway.
