activeX on pocket IE

is it possible to run activeX on pocket IE? if not are there 3rd party programs that i can use to allow me to do so?

No, unfortunately that's not possible - ActiveX controls meant for desktop computers are designed for X86 processors. That's the language that the CPU speaks in a way. Pocket PCs are based on a language called ARM, so it's not compatible at all with anything based on X86...
