I found this on my 6315 and was wondering if other PPCs have this same quirky behavior.
I use a password on my 6315 to prevent myself from accidentally dialing phone numbers (I'm still looking for a good program that can simply lock the phone dialing app - I know I have the sim password option, it unlocks the phone after a soft reset - then keeps it unlocked - I need something that would just require me to punch in a simple 123 or so just to activate the dialing app... any ideas???). Anyway, The other day I went to punch in my ultra unsecure password (0000) and noticed after pressing the first 3 0's, the * became 0 in a normal sized font. after playing around, I found that pressing in 1 1 2 also causes the * to become the numbers.
Any other PPCs doing this? Anyone know why they might do this?
