Yes, after long researching I got ready to my first Do By Myself PC.

But I did not count with the fact that NO NORTH AMERICAN PC PARTS ONLINE RETAILER ACCEPTS CREDIT CARDS THAT ARE NOT US-ISSUED.

This means, I am doomed to buy locally a mainstream, yesterday-components-made PC, or to buy an overpriced PC by the web, made with components I could buy half the price.

If you really want the mac, by all means get it, but there are plenty of online places that will allow you to pay by prepaid money orders.

You'll have to wait an extra few days for your money order to get there, but it will work. You can probably also use a personal check, but you'll have to wait 10 days or so until the check clears before they'll ship you anything.

Sometimes things are not so easy. Or, should I say, at some places?

Anyway I'm still waiting for a response from certain vendor. Also, probably I could rely on a local importer...I haven't gave up yet buddy :twisted:
