We are using some Qtek 2020 devices.
We are having a problem where the device will completely lock up whilst on charge overnight. This happens to each device about every 2 weeks on average.
Once it locks up the charging light is usually on and indicating a fully charged status. The only way to bring the device back to life is to remove the battery for a few seconds. Once the battery is reinserted the device had resets and battery status is full or near full.
This has only happened once on the devices that weren’t deployed using a clone image.
Has anybody else experienced a similar problem?
We know that other people have had a similar problem when using battery / SD card monitoring software, however this is not installed on our devices.
