I have an H6315 with TMobile and recently have started to notice that outgoing emails are not being sent reliably.

I have used T-Mobile's web feature to push down configuration via SMS for 3 accounts, and have set one accout (of the three) to automatically recieve email.

However, when I click send and receive, the messages don't always get sent and often I receive a two messages on my6315:

"Messages cannot be downloaded to you mobile device. Make sure you are connected and that your e-mail account settings are correct. Then, try to download messages again.

and

"The message(s) could not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct. Then try sending again."

If I click the "connect button" (the one with the hand holding the rectangle), I still get the messages, but then if I click the send and receive button while still connected, the outbound messages normally get sent.

The odd thing is that the mail sned/receive works fine when the emails are pushed down from TMobile.

I've double and tripple checked my configuration and can't find anything.

I noticed this KB article on MS's support site that makes me think that I might be timing out on TMobile's end... but the process only takes about 20 seconds, so I find a timeout condition hard to believe.

Has anyone else seen that?

Any help would be appreciated!!
