Just checking.

I have tried trial versions of various apps for simple budget tracking. One
thing I have decided is that no matter what I choose I do need good quality support. So...... has anyone here purchased SPB apps and if so,
how would you rate their quality of support??

I have two of their apps. I had some problems setting up an update. Their support was almost instant and thorough.

I helped them identify a problem with Pocketplus 2.x and fullscreen in PIE.

They acknowledged my email and within hours had confirmed it was a bug.

My only complaint was that they would not personally notify me when a fix was posted (or indeed do they, in my opinion, highlight when a new release is posted on their web).

Overall - 9/10 which is not to be sniffed at.
