Stream mp3, mpg over wifi

This has probably been answered before, but I couldn't find it. :oops: Is there any software that will allow me to stream mp3's and mpg's over my home wifi? I'd like to watch or listen as I workout, but copying to a SD card is a pain when I'm still at home and have access to the wifi. Any suggestions?

Well there we go... I read the article, and it seemed like a very complex process for what I wanted to do. However, further down, there was a mention of using Resco Explorer to share the drive on the PC and stream from there. Since I already have Resco's wonderful utility, but had not used it much up to now, I decided to give it a try and lo and behold!!! :D I've got streaming MP3 and MPG!!! Woo-Hoo!!! Video is a bit choppy the further away I get from my AP, but it does what I need. Thanks ever so much, and thanks to Bichcake for the Resco solution. 8)
