i apologize if this question has been answered previously in the forums. i searched back a few pages but didnt find exactly what i was looking for.

i'm wanting to shrink movies that i have down to a managable size since they are all at least 700mb per movie. that's just too big to put on a pocket pc so im just wondering if there's a way to make a copy of them at a smaller resolution and hopefully be able to make them 100mb or less per movie.

if theres a way to do that are there any good free programs out there that will allow me to do that?

Yup. :) PocketDivXEncoder (http://divx.ppccool.com/) optimises the file to be "pocket-friendly" in both file size and resolution.
