There're some PPC PE machines (that is, with a built-in phone), but they "only" sport a thumbboard (much worse than the Psion keyboard). That is, get a decent PPC (preferably a VGA one, e.g. the Pocket Loox 720) and an external keyboard - e.g. the Stowaway BT keyboard. The best of the two worlds - you certainly will be happy with them.
