I bought a toshiba e830 in Japan yesterday,so the rom is Japanese.
who can give me a English ROM for e830? Thanx!!!!!!!! :cry:

This is tricky - it's always a gamble buying a Pocket PC in a language you don't understand. The best you can hope for is a ROM update from Toshiba soon, one that you can overwrite the Japanese ROM image with...

PS - It's also a good idea to put the description of your problem in the subject line. "Help" doesn't really tell people what your problem is. :-)

Legally, no. And since the e830 is a relatively new introduction into the market, I'd expect that you would have to wait a while before Toshiba decides to release a ROM update and what not.
