Dear Ppc fans,

I am seriously looking for a pocket pc that is similar to the HP Jornada model which has a huge screen at least 5 inch wide (new age pocket pcs only maximum 4" wide) and has a qwerty keyboard.

As you can see, I am not looking for the windows CE old technology. I hope to buy one with Windows Mobile 2003 or Palm OS. Any such product you have seen?

Btw, why pocket pc's nowadays are so small? HP Jornada was so much better a design. However, it was so old tech.

Please can someone quickly advise. Thanks!

Check the NTT DoCoMo(madeby NEC) Sigmarion3.

5.1inch WVGA screen(800by480 res) WinCE4.1(most PPC programs run perfectly on it) dedicated graphics etcetera.

Dear Fishie,

Thanks for the info.

I checked it out and seems the dimensions are fairly big, not sure if it can fit into a pocket. HP Jornada seemed thinner? I may be wrong since I never owned one. Btw, my budget is less than USD$800.

I need to read and load Adobe files. Wonder if Windows CE supports Adobe Reader.

Anyways, your recommendation is an eye opener! Thanks!

Both adobe readers for PPC work on the Sigmarion and it has Picsel viewer and browser and that one opens Adobe files as well, no conversion needed.
