is there a WM mobile 2003 coming out for the IPAQ 4155 or 4150?

I wish MS would pick a name/naming convention and stick with it... I think what you mean is Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. I have a 4155 and it came with CE version 4.2 which is the OS formerly known as Pocket PC 2003 or Windows Mobile 2003. The last I heard, HP had no plans to make a full upgrade available for the 415x. People on HP's forums and the contributors of many online mobile communities have long questioned why HP made such a move, and they only proceeded to provide reasoning for their actions in the form of a statement. From a consumer point of view, it certainly doesn't benefit a lot of people, but from a business point of view, they'd like to release more devices to increase market share, revenue, and whatnot. That is why there are a whole new range of rx1700, rx3000, hx4700, hx2000, etc. devices in the market, with the expectation that consumers will purchase a new device just for the WM2003SE OS... unless of course you want other enhancements such as VGA, etc. So no, I don't think you will end up seeing a WM2003SE upgrade for your h4150 device anytime soon.
