From the dell.ca site, there is no information about ordering a keyboard for the x50. I am going to be using this to take notes in class, so if I can't hook up a keyboard, its not going to get bought. Has anyone had any success with this?

Dell hasn't produced a connected keyboard for the X50 yet. You can either wait for that or consider a wireless keyboard like the one sold by Dell.
