PocketMusic Bundle Question

The "Sponsored Article" on the PocketMusic Player Bundle strongly implies that this software can actually enhance the sound of your PPC. I always assumed 3rd party music player applications were primarily for looks and convenience, but that the sound quality was driven stricly by your hardware.

Who's right? Can this, or any other software, actually enhance the sound of your PPC? It's really a nice looking package and I'd gladly drop $20 if it will make my ipaq sound better.

So-called "sound enhancements" usually come from EQ features or bass/treble enhancements included with the program. If you want to try this, open up Windows Media Player on the PC and play a media file. From there, have a mess around with the SRS WOW and TruBass effects - this can help simulate bass enhancement; while messing around with the EQ can help simulate...er, the EQ. :D
