does x50v have rs232

My ipaq 3600 suported rs232 does anybody know if the x50v does.

I can tell you that it does, but not how to access it. Note that a Pharos GPS system is sold as an X-50 accessory on the Dell site.

That GPS has a serial interface, so the X-50 must support one. Unfortunately Dell has not released a serial sync cable for the X50 (or the X30, and the X5 one seems to have disappeared). The X5 did have a fairly non-standard implementation for their serial port and it may be the same for the X30 and X50. I wouldn't hang my hat on getting RS232 serial out of an X50, though it is apparently possible.
