I am sure some of you have already figured this out...but thought I'd post about it anyway. You can get podcasts on your zune using juice (was iPodder)

I work from home and love podcasts. I went through adding my favorites this week after the switch from itunes. I don't like the converting it does because of the timely process. So I went to the main sites of each and located their wmv or other file that just worked without conversion. The new zune software is a great foundation for the team to build on. Much better than WMP.
