How to get to folders on PPC?

Newbie question...On my desktop pc I can see folders installed on my PPC but I can't find the path to them on the PPC...ie. Application Data, Program Folders, etc.
How do I get to these on the PPC?

Assuming that you're using the inbuilt File Explorer, and it shows My Documents when opened, just click on the down arrowhead next to it, to bring up My Device, and then the other folders will become apparent.

However, if you want to do any moving, it's easier to do it through the Explore facility in Active Sync.
