October seems to be a wild month for new software releases. Probably because it's Halloween soon. :P (It brings out the "beast" (best?) in the developers)
Anyway, I've stumbled on three freeware packages that may be of interest to anyone looking for a free expense tracker, or a set of PIM/phone-related today plugins.
