Ipaq 3950 and Sandisk Wifi: Speed problem

I've recently bought the Sandisk WIFI SDIO card and connected it to my IPAQ 3950 / PPC2003. I could connect to my AP w/o any problems but the speed is limited to less than 300kbit/s. Since I wanted to stream MP3 from my computer this speed is too low.

Does anyone know if this speed is normal or if I've done something wrong when installing it.

Sounds about right. However, since the internet media file streams are coded at that level. You should be able to stream music, even video....I used to do it all the time.
