My Ipaq does not power on with the ac/dc or battery, I try to reset it soft and hard but no luck. Can anybody help?

Hmmm...that doesn't sound too good.

Have you done anything in terms of accidental damage (e.g. dropping it, water-logging it, etc.)?

I believe your best option at the moment would be to contact HP and let them know your problem. The fact that you have tried soft and hard-resetting it and that it will neither run on battery or AC, is a worry.
