Anyone know of a CF Wifi card that doesn't protrude out of the CF slot? I would like one that can be installed in the CF slot at all times but I need to be able to close the flip cover of my case too. Any help is appreciated.

Nope, doesn't exist AFAIK. About the smallest are the Symbol and Socket, but they would certainly interfere with an over the top flip cover.
