I activated the HP Protect Tools in my hx4700, which is used to encrypt the data and run automatically, but after a soft reset it always disable the background application, such as SpB Pocket Plus "Close" feature.
If I want a certain application that I don't want HP ProtectTools to disable during normal soft reset / automatic lock, I need to add that to the list in the HP ProtectTools itself.
However, many of these type of application doesn't have *.exe, so how do I add this?
