Are you referring to the Pocket PC or for the PC?

i believe the only mp4 player for PPC is 40iplay CS. The bad news is the site is down. Luckily i downloaded a trial like a week before. PM me if you want a trial copy  PS im not even sure if that software is legal since Apple hasn't released support for their DRM to third parties. There are no converters. The oly way is to get a CDR or CDRW and burn a cd with the songs you want (make sure it's an audio cd and not data cd) and import them into whatever compression you want

MP4 files don't have to be encrypted. They only come like that when you buy them off iTunes.

It seems like this little baby plays MP4. And it's FREE! :D

EDIT: It has been raised in this thread before: http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=30111&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
Although I believe it has been updated, but correct me if I'm wrong.

what an enigmatic post. Mpeg4 is generaly used when refering to the video component. The audio is most commonly refered to as aac. and asking for a player in the topic and a converter in the body will throw anyone off. ^^
