I have an iPaq 3670. The connector in the bottom is making intermittant contact with the synch cable/cradle. I have tried different cables and am pretty sure that the problem is in the iPaq itself.
Question: Where can I send it for repair?
Question: Does it pay to send it for repair or just spring for
a newer iPaq??
Other than that problem the unit works well.

Thanks!

Give PocketPCTechs a call (assuming you are in the States) and see what they have to say. I'm sure the bill would be important in making the repair/replace decision.

That's a very nice PPC.

If you call them, they will likely suggest you pay for their $45 diagnostic and let them take a look. Tread carefully. PPCtechs are great and will be up-front with you, but that 3600 series doesn't have much value and I wouldn't personally put too much $ in it.

They seem to be going on eBay for about $100 - $125 used right now. Some include accessories, some don't.
