MDA III or IMate III?

I'm a newbie and in the home stretch of buying my first PPC....so, now I'm wondering what the difference is between the TMobile MDA III, and the IMate III (or whatever it's called!) They look the same, but are they the same?

I'd love to hear the pros and cons of each.

I think they're both the underlying hardware, but the company selling them are different and the styling is a little different.

I don't know enough about who it's better to get it from, so again, I'll leave that to the people who've used T-Mobile Germany and/or Carrier Devices.
