Create a Themes

Hi, how I can create a Theme? is there any a Professional program to do it ?

There are a host of options out there you can lay your hands on. Some are free, some need to be paid for.

A good starting point is Microsoft Theme Generator which you can find at the Windows Mobile website (http://www.pocketpc.com). From there, you can try Spb Extended Theme Generator which adds extra options to the default themes generated by Theme Generator.

Another one out there is ThemeBuilder (http://www.ida.net/users/oe1k/programs/ThemeBuilder/), but doesn't really have a GUI but allows you to design WM2003 specific themes.

I could keep going on with more utilities that you could try, but there are so many, and the ones I've listed here are a good starting point.
