If it's under a week old why don't you just return it to dell and say you didn't like it? (There is a 21 day satisfaction period in which you can return it for a refund)..

I don't think the restocking fee applies to your axim. I remember reading the details over before I almost bought one a few weeks ago and was under the impression that there was no restocking fee for the Axim or any other computer.
