I was trying to access In Action to order the presenter with CF adapter for my presention, but it kept saying no such thing like that... www.iastyle.com

IA Style was bought out by HTC - they're not longer selling to the public.

So how do we get support for IA caller ID???? direct from HTC, or is it just not supported!!

I'm not sure. My hunch is that it's no longer supported...it's much like the company going out of business, they've ceased to exist.
