Hi all,

I am going to be creating some online demos for our product using a combination of Pocket Controller to get the PPC screen onto my desktop and Camtasia Studio (or something similar) to record and create the demos.

I'd like to be able to change my mouse cursor from the standard arrow to something that looks more like the end of a stylus. I know there are mouse cursor libraries with thousands of cursors available for download, but all the ones I've found seem to be loaded with either spyware or strange browser plugins.

Any ideas where I might find such a thing?

Thanks,

Scott

If you're on XP (and maybe some other Windows), you can simply change your "Normal Select" cursor to something similar to a stylus during recording. It worked with ActiveSync Remote Display for me -- I'm not familiar with either of the products you mention, but if they are showing the default Arrow, it'll probably work with them, too.

Start -> Control Panel -> Mouse -> Pointers -> Highlight "Normal Select" -> Browse...

Any of the pen*.cur cursor files in Windows\Cursors look a lot like a stylus.
