Is there a WMV to MPEG converter?

I want to be able to convert some of my WMV files to Mpeg or possibly AVI. Is there a program that will do this, simply?

(i want to be able to watch some of my ppc movies on my palm sometimes, instead of my ppc)

I'm pretty sure Blaze Media Pro (http://www.blazemp.com/) will do this.

Another option for going from WMV to AVI (not MPEG) is Windows Movie Maker. You can import the WMV file and then save the project as an AVI.
