Is there a FREE way to make Landscape themes?

Just as the title of the thread asks, is there a free way to make landscape-compatible *.tsk's for the PPC? It annoys me when my icbar skin is landscape enabled, only to find that my theme isn't.

If you don't mind not having a graphical UI to do your work, try ThemeBuilder2003 (http://www.ida.net/users/oe1k/programs/ThemeBuilder/). It does the job very well, and becomes very easy to use once you know how to get the thing running.

Thank you. I forgot that I had this in my computer the whole time. Didn't work out well the first time around so I tried again.
