This is a fair review, and I agree with most of the points in the article. I really like the Zune Pass over iTunes. It's so nice to think of a song that I'd like and then go download it (or the whole album) all for one monthly-fee. I've downloaded songs from artists that I wouldn't have "purchased," but since there wasn't an additional charge I've gotten to hear songs I wouldn't have heard before.
