View Full Version : Broken I-Mate II Connector

Despite handling my greatly prized iMate with extreme care, the connector on my less than 1 year old device has become loose and (ugh!) inoperable. I've read on other posts that this is becoming more and more a common problem -- perhaps the weakest and most vulnerable aspect of the i-Mate.

All that said, does anyone know where/how I might have the connector repaired? I'm in the U.S., but would not hesitate to send it far, far away if I could find a reliable service/technician.

Yes, we repair the sync connectors on the iMATE/XDAII/Qtek 2020.

We also repair the touchscreens.

the 1 year warranty on your i-mate should cover this. mine broke about a month ago and i was able to send it in for warranty repair. the only cost to me was shipping it to united arab emirates. after talking to a rep at clubimate.com they gave me the contact info of who to ship it to. send Nisha an email or give her a call and she should get ya squared. here is the info:
