This program was on this site a week or so ago and looked very interesting so, I downloaded it. When I tell it to live sync it fails and tells me to check internet. Any idea what I am doing wrong or if there is a problem with the program. It is supported by HP but, there is nothing I can find concerning troubleshooting. Thanks for you help in advance.
