The heavyweight reported lower-than-expected net income for the fiscal third quarter and issued a weak outlook amid poor performance in its enterprise servers and storage unit. The company plans to shake up management in that division and also forecasted fourth-quarter earnings, excluding items, below Wall Street's view.
