Best Check list software out there?

I'm a fairly new PPC user (Palm convert :) )and can't seem to find a good nested check list software out there. I found Checklist Pro, but first of all, I can't try it... have to buy it and it seems to be date driven. I just want a nested check list without dates.

A nice little freeware is Noterrific (http://www.sitosis.com/~rudis/) it includes destop syncing software as well.
