iPaqRepair.com not responding to me?!

Has anyone else had an issue this week with these folks not responding?! I sent them my iPAQ Tuesday (they received it Wed before 10AM) and I have NOT heard from them?! I am more than a little upset and wondered if anyone else has had a similiar experience?

I haven't heard much of anything about them, one way or the other. Did you try calling them up?
