Name the software used for this review

I'm sure you've seen this:

It's a review of an SDIO wireless card. But this is not what I'm going to ask about. I'm interested in the customized look and feel application which appears on screenshots. What is it? It's pretty cool, I'd like to have it.
And the case for ipaq 2215. It's looks good too. Does anyone have an idea where I can get such case?

Todayplus and Wisbar Advance. Wisbar Advance from http://www.lakeridgesoftware.com but TodayPlus doesn't exist anymore.

Oh, and the case is the Proporta Aluminium case. I had that one before I got the vaja i-volution case. I liked it :)

Actually TodayPlus still does exist... and can be found on the net.
