This stylish yet functional case allows you to view and navigate your PDA screen without removing it from its case. JAVOClearCase locks your device securely in place. Cutouts for easy access to stylus, headphone jack, IR port, microphone, reset button, speaker, memory slots, and charging/synchronization port."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/web/2003/parekh-20040802-JavoEdgeXDA2.jpg" /><br /><br />There are cutouts so you can use the phone even with the cover closed, although I'm not sure how comfortable it is to press your ear to the plastic (and, as such, the XDA II's BT comes in handy). For those of you who want both protection and usability, this is one unit worth checking out. JAVOedge also offers a <a href="http://www.javoedge.com/simtrix/productMtce/jsp/productListValuePk_Clear.jsp">bundle</a> with the case, a screen protector and a sync-and-charge cable.

This is very cool. I have the aluminum case for my i-mate and I absolutely love the protection it provides.

But the metal cuts phone reception almost in half. 8O

A hard case that wouldn't interfere with signal strength is very appealing to me. If I end up keeping my i-mate (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=30734), then I'll have to look into this case.

Yeah a little late, the iMate/XDA II/whatever came out 10 months ago (last Oct.), I wanted one then (in fact I posted in every JavoEDGE thread that was announcing 2210 cases, etc that I wanted one for the XDA II and was told "working on it, it's coming soon"), but I've since sold my iMate (before the prices dropped a bunch due to the latest PPC phones). :(

Nice thought though.. maybe they'll make some for the MDA III, iPAQ 6000, and MPx in time (aka w/i a month or two of release). ;)

Ewww! That does not look very attractive. However, function does not always follow form. :?

Humerous - but tinted grey would be pretty sweet... with darker tinting around the non-screen area.
