The SOTI developers have done an extraordinary job this time. I have been an enthusiastic Pocket Controller user since September 2002, and back then I just had to <a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5006">"tell the world all about the good news"</a>.<br /><br />Darryl's review includes quite a few screen shots so if you haven't looked at Pocket Controller before, you can now!

I might be wrong, but I think the author is mistaken when he says that reconnecting reopens a new instance of Pocket Controller as a bug. I believe that in fact, his Pocket Controller configuration is not set correctly. I had never had this problem until release 4.0 of Pocket Controller. When I discovered that my configuration had changed to allow multiple instances of the application. Under tools | configuration you can check/uncheck the option for "Allow Multiple Application Instances". Maybe that could be the author's problem.

I understand what you are saying. Perhaps bug is too strong a word.

The reason I say that is that I might want to allow multiple instances, but if I already have a instance open that is disconnected, why should a new instance start rather than just use the existing, disconnected instance?
