Now updated to version 1.2.0! As a tower owner, you will have full control in managing all aspects of your tower. Balance your cash in hand and plan your expenses carefully to be able to advance through the different levels of the game. Make the tower Virts happy because they are the ones who will define your success so be sure to make them happy."</i><br /><br />Updated features include: <br /><br />• Improved performance<br />• Some minor graphic enhancements<br />• New reward units: which you can customize on your own<br />• Real-time clock/date<br />• Sandbox mode - play with all units available, no holds-barred<br />• Improved saving/loading<br />• "Delete" button on save/load slots<br />• New PDF manual available for download at the Tower Mogul product page<br />• And many more! <br /><br />This is very cool! I haven't taken the plunge and tried this game yet, but I think I'm going to now, just so I can see the Pocket PC Thoughts billboard! The updates look pretty extensive, and it's worth noting that old save games will NOT work with this new version. If you'd like to pick this up, it's available for the <a href="http://www.handango.com/brainstore//PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=311&amp;jid=73B8FXC4DFDF27888158B9X1B12BFC84&amp;platformId=2&amp;productType=2&amp;productId=84648&amp;sectionId=0&amp;catalog=30">mind-numbingly, brain-shatteringly low price of $14.95</a> from our pals at Handango. Of course, if you're a <a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/subscribe.php">subscriber,</a> you can get 15% off, which makes the deal <i>that much sweeter.</i> 8)

I have the old Win95 version of this game - Sim Tower (which still works on XP by the way) and it's highly addictive. I can see myself blowing hours at the airport on this game. As soon as I get an XScale PDA I'll be buying this.

I would LOVE it if this game was ported to the desktop. I played it on my Mac and love it. Not sure if I'd want to play it on a small screen though.

I wonder what other sites have billboards in the game.

I've never heard of the game before. What kind of tower are they talking about? A tall building?

Yep, that's exactly what they are: tall buildings. Like the Sears Tower. I did a review (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/articles.php?action=expand,18760) of the 1.0 version. I'm curious to see what this latest version is like to play.

the Pocket PC Thoughts billboard!

I saw a billboard ad (digital sign by McMahan Stadium) in Calgary for PowerCAD (http://www.givemepower.com/home/index.cfm?CFID=241976&CFTOKEN=58591118). C'mon Jason, you can do it! :D

Hey - it's SIMTower (or whatever it was called - I used to play it on my PC all the time...).

Probably the neatest gimmick yet for getting a product namechecked on a website too... Next iteration of Pocket Informant will use the PPCT backgrounds, the iPAQ hx5700 will have a tasteful and discrete PPCT logo right next to the HP one. The future is here...!

(only kidding - you know that... right?)

Hey, when you're the best, it pays to advertise!
