Reminder problem

I use a lot the reminder function in Outlook (for my tasks and calendar). However, every time I sync my Pocket PC (HP 4510), all reminders pop up regardless of the fact that I postponed or dismissed them in Outlook. This is very annoying since I sync quite often a day ... :evil:
