August 26 for hx4705?

I just went to hpshopping to see if they had the new iPaqs, and they do...
So I went to the hx4705 page (http://www.shopping.hp.com/cgi-bin/hpdirect/shopping/scripts/product_detail/product_detail_view.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1803841114.1090847658@@@@&BV_EngineID=cceeadcmdlgkfkmcfngcfkmdflldfjl.0&category=handhelds&subcat1=handhelds&catLevel=3&product_code=FA290A%23ABA) and I noticed that at the top of the page it says "This product will be available August 26, 2004."

That's really annoying.. I was looking forward to at least seeing this, and possibly getting one. But I don't want to wait a month... :(

Maybe it really hasn't gotten BT and FCC certification yet, and that's responsible for the hold-up...

I've heard that in some stores, they already have some of the new units in stock, so if you ask 'nicely', you may be able to have a look at them first.

But then again, that's just a rumour, but I guess it won't hurt to try right? :wink:
