I need some help-Software uninstall issue

Hey. I had messagease on my Pocket PC and uninstalled it. I don't see any folders left or anything. But when I pop up the input panel, messagease is still listed. If I select it, it doesn't do anything, but it is still an option on the input option list.


how can I remove this?

I would get a registry editor and poke around with it and delete anything that was left behind by Messagease.

Any more help or any place in particular to look in the registry?

While in regedit run a search for 'Messagease'.

I did run a search and found numerous files in one folder in the registry. I don't know if I should delete the entire folder or what I should do. Help would be great. Thanks.

Problem Fixed. There was actually only one hit for messagease when I searched for it. I deleted it, and it is perfect! Thanks

For people who are less prepared to use a registry editor to fix problems like this i'd suggest getting a copy of SKTools and using that to find entries and such, as poking around with a registry editor can be a bit dangerous. Just my opinion though. :D
