what size/resolution should i make my wallpapers for my ipaq?

hi guys, im wondering what size should i make the wallpaper to use for the background on my ipaq 4155.. it seems when i use a big picture, it just does like the top left section of the picture.. is there anyway to stretch/tile the picture into my background like u can w/ windows? or do i have to make it the exact size of the background? if so, what size?

I use Microsoft Theme Generator (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/wce/downloads/ppctoys.mspx#XSLTsection122121120120) and make a custom theme with my picture. I also re-size my photos to 240x320.
