Hi,
for a project I'm working on, I'm looking for a handheld unit with the following specs:
(x-tremely) rugged - IP65 or more
Must operate in (very) cold climate, -30 deg. C
Bar code scanner
125 KHz RFID reader
digital camera
GSM/GPRS
WLAN or Bluetooth (preferably both)
Are anyone aware of any units out there that meets these specs? BTW, these are my client's specs, and I'm having a hard time finding something that complies. An option would be to use a rugged (IP65) camera with a wireless connection, but I haven't found any rugged cameras that also have wireless yet.
I've checked DAP Technologies and Diagnostic Instrumens, in addition to Symbol and Intermec. DAP and DI may have products that will do at least some of the stuff I'm asking for, ut if anyone here knows about any other products, I'd very much like to hear from you!
