Delete program icon...program has been deleted

Can someone please advise me on how to delete a program icon from my 2215 Programs screen? I deleted the program from the pocket pc but the icon remains.

Go into File Explorer, and navigate to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs. It should be there, and you can tap-and-hold to choose Delete. :)
